My english is not sooo good , so I canīt explain it in that way i could do like in my mother-tongue. But I try it.
Ok I made the hole picture with Photoshop 7.0. So you take the yellow with the airbrush an make the hole picture yellow. than you take the orange an make the half picture in this colour. Than you make it fuzzy with a spezial tool, in my language its called "Wischfinger" so its with this little hand on it. and then you mix it that it looks like a sunrise. Than the red and do the same. After that you take black and you paint the form of the cloud. and with the "Wischfinger" you use it till it looks like a cloud.
You take a round airbrush in white ( a big one!!)So you paint only one point on the left side of the picture, like it is as mine
